MISSION STATEMENT
Jrogun Motivation and Fitness Training was started as a personal fitness training company to help athletes through strength and conditioning for various sports activities. Along with several other ventures, such as one on one personal training, as well as corporate training through boot-camp group exercises, we did achieve moderate success. However, we found the most gratifying success was through our time volunteering at a local retirement facility. We initially started conducting classes once a week with the youngest client being 65 years of age. As word began to spread in regards to how much the residents enjoyed the exercise classes, we added additional classes during the week. During our exercise program, our senior clients informed us of how attending the classes helped to lower their high blood pressure and regulated their diabetes. They exclaimed to us that they felt more energetic and had a renewed sense of life. As their health began improving through fitness, we started to incorporate organic and plant-based dietary information.
We conducted informative seminars that included better food choices through organic eating to help improve their internal health and wellness. We begin to invite various health organizations to participate in our seminars for question and answer sessions and addressed any additional concerns that they may have had. We also began to expand our companies vision to include plant-based nutrition along with fitness as an added component. This combination of fitness and plant-based nutrition produced great results for our clients. We have had numerous testimonies from our client's healthcare providers on how their patients have improved their health after completing our program. With our successful results through fitness and plant-based nutrition, we continue to make strides daily to improve our company. While we already enjoy success watching our clients improve their health and wellness, we need your help to continue to accomplish our vision and grow our business into becoming the best that it can be.
