SUPERHERO FITNESS PROGRAM
Our goal and vision for this six weeks program are designed to teach our youth participants life skills through fitness. It teaches the kids to never give up regardless of how bad things are, to keep a positive mindset, positively improve their personal self-esteem and self-confidence through positive affirmations; while continuously focusing on their internal and external health! Our program and purpose are to assist our kids to become the best people they can be in life and become successful in every aspect of their lives.
How Often Should Children Get Physical Activities?
All children must take part in regular physical activities to keep their bodies healthy. Physical activities should be simple and less intense for kids. But after hitting the pre-school mark, the intensity should gradually increase with age.
