Currently, he holds the position of health fitness instructor and consultant at Jrogun Motivation and Fitness Training.

Vincent Thomas is a Cornell University-certified nutritionist with a specialization in holistic health and wellness consulting. Since 2016, he has been actively involved in the field, positively impacting the lives of his clients. Vincent's expertise lies in plant-based nutrition, and he has been instrumental in guiding individuals towards healthier lifestyles.
Currently, Vincent serves as the co-founder and managing member of Jrogun Motivation and Fitness Training, where he focuses on dietary plant-based nutrition. His particular areas of focus include addressing conditions such as autoimmune disease, cancer, diabetes, end-stage renal disease, heart disease, high blood pressure, and obesity/weight-loss management. By utilizing his knowledge and experience in plant-based nutrition, Vincent aims to improve the health and well-being of his clients.
Prior to his work in nutrition and wellness, Vincent holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Florida A&M University. His studies primarily focused on structure engineering, providing him with a strong academic foundation in the field. Furthermore, he has completed coursework at St. Petersburg College, specifically focusing on subjects such as Human Anatomy and Physiology 1 and 2 (including lab courses), Biology (including lab courses), and other relevant disciplines. Vincent's unique perspective as a healthcare advocate and life coach advisor has been influenced by his firsthand experience with personal health issues.

Quincy M. Collins is an experienced allied health business associate and marketing professional who is also a board certified cardiovascular device specialist (CCDS) with over 10 years of clinical diagnostic sales experience having worked with a number of MedTech companies such as Abbott Labs, St. Jude Medical, AdventHealth and Orlando Health following over 10 years of honorable military service in the US Navy as a Senior Lieutenant (LT) leading teams in the Arabian Gulf. Quincy received both his MBA and Bachelor of Science (BS) degrees in Industrial Systems Technology from Lamar University Colleges of Business and Engineering and is a Veteran Hazelwood Scholar. Quincy is also a graduate of Harvard University Extension School in Cambridge, MA receiving a Masters of Extension Studies (ALM’09) focused on International Marketing and Finance having gained experience and licensure as an Investment Banking Adviser at Merrill Lynch/Bank of America previously. Also as a Senior MedTech professional, having worked with Fortune 500 companies such as Abbott Labs, Quincy is frequently called upon by Chief MedTech executives and healthcare professionals around the world to advise on how to strategically market new health-related products and services on a global scale given his vast corporate experiences. As founder of QMC Venture Partners LLC, Quincy has been instrumental as a strategic adviser and business consultant in forming new and existing partnerships with JRogun MoveFit Health Solutions and other health product services companies within the fitness, health, nutrition, and wellness industry. Quincy is also an established JRogun MoveFit Training and Nutrition Client and proud Father of his Son Malachi and an avid Runner, Cyclist, and 5x Ironman 70.3 Triathlete who has competed internationally for Team USA at the Powerman Duathlon in Switzerland.
